How to Speak on Camera Without Getting Nervous | Podcast Interview Tips & Confidence Skills Podcast Script: Unlock Your Confident Voice for Podcasts & Public Speaking

    Host: Neeti Keswani
    Podcast: Luxury Unplugged

    (Video/Intro Music Fades)

Neeti Keswani: Do you ever feel like you have so much to share, but you freeze the moment the camera is turned on? In this video, I'll show you how to speak with confidence and connect deeply with your audience.

Welcome to today's episode of Luxury Unplugged. I'm your host, Neeti Keswani. If you have ever wanted to start your own YouTube channel, speak confidently in public, or appear on a podcast but feel nervous, scared, or unsure, then this episode is for you.

Today, I'm sharing actionable tips to help you overcome fear, gain confidence, and appear confident for your podcast interviews. My goal is to help you show up as your authentic, engaging self. Many of my clients have struggled with this, but after applying these techniques, they now appear confidently on podcasts and have successfully started their own YouTube channels.

By the end of this episode, you will have actionable steps to release fear and doubt, and show up with clarity and charisma for every podcast, interview, or recording session. So, let's get started.

Neeti Keswani: Let's set the scene. You're invited to a podcast interview. You're excited to share your wisdom, but when the interview day comes, you feel a strange nervousness inside. Have you ever felt like this?

If you have, your mind is probably racing with questions:

    • "What if I forget everything?"

    • "What if I'm unable to answer the questions?"

    • "What if they ask me tricky questions or about an experience I don't want to talk about?"

    • "Perhaps the host or the audience will judge me."

In all these situations, we are essentially telling ourselves, "I am not perfect yet." Even with all your skills, talent, and capabilities, a lack of courage can hold you back because you're feeding your mind the thought, "I am not enough."

This nervousness, this self-doubt, prevents you from showing your best version. But what if you could dissolve these fears at the subconscious level?

Neeti Keswani: A podcast interview isn't just a Q&A format. It is an energy exchange. The energy between you and the host, and the energy you project to your audience, is crucial.

What you say is important, but the vibration, body language, and trust you convey are even more so. Most podcast guests prepare their knowledge well, but they are often bombarded by internal challenges—fear, past rejection, or trauma—that hamper their confidence. This is the energy the interviewer and the audience sense.

So, how do we cleanse this energy and build unshakable confidence? We use an ancient spiritual technique: Ho'oponopono.

Neeti Keswani: You might wonder how Ho'oponopono, often used for relationships or abundance, can cure interview fear. The answer lies in its power to cleanse the subconscious mind.

  • Begin Your 21-Day Ho’oponopono Healing Journey: A Day 1 Guide to profound emotional healing
    Oct 10 2025

Day 1: Advanced Ho'oponopono Healing Journey - Transcript

    Host: Neeti Keswani
    Guest: Malita

    [Introductory Music and Laughter]

Neeti Keswani: Welcome to day one of your 21-day Ho'oponopono healing journey. I'm Neeti Keswani, and I'm so happy that you're here.

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian healing practice that helps you clear emotional blocks—the ones that have been a block in terms of your business, your relationships, your career, and your money. Ho'oponopono helps you reset the energy that is stuck in these areas, wherever you are feeling the resistance.

It's built around four simple yet powerful techniques, which we have already talked about in our webinar. The four profound statements are:

    "I'm sorry.
    Please forgive me.
    Thank you.
    I love you."

Now, these words may seem simple, but they hold profound healing power. They are a way of speaking to your subconscious, to your inner child, to the divine within you.

So, take a few quiet minutes, sit with your journal, and understand: what do you really want to heal? There is no need to overthink. Just let your heart speak. I'll give you 2 minutes to understand that and keep it in your journal. What are you going to work on today?

    [2-Minute Pause with Soft Music]

Neeti Keswani: Okay. So, you must have found out the things that are bothering you for now. You must have made a quick note of those things, right? Okay.

Now, let's understand what Conversational Ho'oponopono is, the advanced Ho'oponopono session. It is something that we do in a conversation. When we say "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," I am just saying those to myself because I want to cleanse the emotions within me, right?

So, when I am saying "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," I am sort of cleansing these negative emotions within me. But I start this practice by taking 100% responsibility.

When we put our hands on our hearts, we are basically aligning with our inner selves. I will get into the details for it in the later videos, but right now, when we start advanced or conversational Ho'oponopono, we are going to start off by putting our hands on our heart, and we're going to say that:

"I am taking 100% responsibility for whatever I'm feeling right now regarding this situation or this particular emotion."

And then you will say "I'm sorry," and you will give yourself three reasons for it. Why are you sorry? Don't think too much, because you're not saying sorry to the person or the thing that has cropped up. You're saying it to the divine. Let's put all our prayers to the divine only. That faith, that feeling that you have towards that higher power.

Okay, so let's break it down:

    • Step one: You take 100% responsibility for whatever you're feeling.

    • Step two: You say that you feel sorry and you give three reasons for it.

    • Step three: You say, in a flow, for every statement: "I'm sorry" (three reasons), "Please forgive me" (three reasons), "Thank you" (three reasons why you're feeling good), and "I love you" (three reasons).

Weight Loss, Dieting, Calories, Food, Exercise & Obesity - Tina Coleman | From 90kg to 53kg | How to Lose Fat With Science-Based Tools | Complete Weight Loss Guide for All

    Podcast Script: Luxury Unplugged

Host: Okay. What if midlife wasn't the beginning of the end, but the moment you finally came alive? My guest today, Tina Kman, embodies that transformation.

After losing an amazing 90 lbs naturally through Ayurveda, yoga, and mindful living, she didn't just reinvent her life—and we're going to go through that story today. It's a journey of resilience and reinvention.

It isn't only about a weight loss journey, as we'll find out in a minute. She's walked through menopause, embraced grief, and started a life abroad. We'll cover all of it in this podcast: powerful breakthroughs about choosing adventure and vitality, and, of course, finding out about the amazing weight loss journey along the way.

So, welcome to Luxury Unplugged podcast, where we explore the art of living inside and out. And today, Tina is reminding us that the weight loss journey is never about pounds on a scale. Welcome, Tina.

Tina: Hi, thank you so much for having me.

Host: So nice to have you, Tina. So, as we explore your weight loss journey—first of all, congratulations on such an amazing achievement. 90 pounds is humongous. How did you go about it, and what was the motivation behind it?

Tina: The motivation was really because I was going to be turning 50 in a few years, and I know it's so important at that midlife point to really step into who you are. I was carrying extra weight on my body; it affected my joints, how I felt, and then also, you lose elasticity in your skin. So that was really the motivation. Weight loss is something I'd struggled with my whole life, so it had always been a challenge until I started yoga teacher training and I found out about Ayurvedic medicine. I literally opened up a book, read about Kapha, and I was like, "Oh my goodness, that could be my picture." That really just transformed my life—making simple changes and then working with an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Host: Lovely. So, when you talk about this weight loss journey, it also embodies an identity shift. What changed on the inside that the scale couldn't measure for you?

Tina: Learning to love myself and really appreciate who I was. Because I'm a Virgo and we tend to be really hard on ourselves and everybody else. I felt like I was just pushing myself until I finally realized who I was, what I wanted in my life, and really appreciating my body no matter what size I am. Like, I am still a beautiful person. And that made a huge, huge difference in my life.
