  • 4: From Silence to Shamanism
    Nov 10 2023
**Trigger Warning** conversations around physical and emotional abuse.

I am privileged to share space with the wonderful Mark. Mark is a Shaman and Breathwork Coach (among many things!) who has used his own personal experience of abuse & silence to heal, grow and support other men on their journey through mental illness.

Mark holds space for men in Ballyclare and Belfast to come together and talk openly about their experiences of mental health.

Mark & I spend time talking about his childhood, adolescence and adulthood and how we went from a place of hurt to a place of hope and healing. The work Mark is doing, alongside some other wonderful people is huge in Northern Ireland - please connect in with him if some of these messages resonate with you.
