  • E4- What is Faith
    Sep 22 2025

In this episode, I open up about what faith truly means to me. For me, faith isn’t about following a certain religion—it’s about believing in a God so good that He continually shows up in my life. I share how God has answered my prayers, not by simply giving me what I asked for, but by placing me in situations that prepared and built me for something even greater.

I reflect on different seasons of my journey—teenage years, college, and now—where God’s presence showed up in unique ways, reminding me that His plan has always been bigger than mine. My faith wasn’t born from being forced to go to church, but from real, personal experiences of God’s goodness and guidance.

This episode is a reminder to trust His timing, trust His process, and trust that He always shows up.

  • Releasing Shame, Perfectionism, and Forgiving YOU
    Sep 15 2025

In this episode, we dive deep into the weight of shame and how it often becomes a tool of control—keeping us in a state of anxiety. We explore the exhausting cycle of chasing validation and acceptance, and how perfectionism feeds into that cycle by convincing us we’re never enough.

Through reflection and faith, I share the importance of forgiving yourself—not just for past mistakes, but for simply being human. God never created us to be perfect; He created us to be whole, loved, and worthy exactly as we are. This conversation is about releasing the shame, breaking free from the need for approval, and stepping into grace, freedom, and self-acceptance.

Episode 2: Life is Messy Like Spaghetti
In this episode, I talk about the different seasons of life and how our priorities shift along the way. Motherhood isn’t perfect—it’s messy, unpredictable, and sometimes feels all tangled up, like spaghetti. I share why giving ourselves grace in those messy moments matters, and how embracing the chaos can help us find peace and purpose.
