  • Is Sobriety the New Self-Care with Karolina Rzadkowolska
    Oct 3 2024

In this week's episode I talk to Karolina Rzadkowolska, an alcohol-free empowerment coach and bestselling author who specialises in helping women change their relationship with alcohol.

After living a pretty normal and standard life of drinking through college, then happy hours after work and drinks with friends on the weekend, Karolina was curious about how else she could feel and started exploring living an alcohol free life.

She found giving up alcohol very empowering and believes transforming your relationship with alcohol is the key to an empowered, fulfilled, purposeful life as it opens the floodgates to creativity, intuition, drive, and self-love.

This conversation is in no way about demonising alcohol, if it's working for you that's great(!) but rather offering a different perspective when it comes to our relationship with alcohol.

  • The Space InBetween: What happens after Capitalism? with Laura Hartley
    Jul 30 2024

Have you ever felt like you're running on a treadmill you can't get off, endlessly chasing "success" but never quite reaching it? In this week's episode, I talk with Life and Leadership Coach Laura Hartley to explore the systems shaping our world and our lives: Capitalism and The Patriarchy.

In this episode, we discuss how capitalism is an ideology obsessed with infinite growth and scarcity, contributing to the climate crisis and impacting our self-worth and productivity. Laura examines The Patriarchy’s role in shaping societal norms, emphasizing traditional masculinity over femininity, and how it fosters perfectionism and shame. She challenges these systems, proposing a post-capitalist world focused on well-being and equity. We also discusses hope as embracing uncertainty, and the importance of self-awareness, authenticity, and community.
