  • #095: Interrupt Your Thought Patterns, Transform Your Life
    May 27 2025

Our thoughts directly influence what happens in our lives, yet research shows 95% of our daily thoughts are the same ones we had yesterday.

    • The average person has 6,000-10,000 thoughts per day, approximately 6.5 thoughts per minute
    • Our outer conditions reflect our inner beliefs - where you are today is where your thoughts have brought you
    • To create change, we must interrupt our mental patterns and move from unconscious to conscious thinking
    • Three ways to interrupt patterns: reduce repetitive thinking from 95% to 85%, direct your thoughts upon waking, understand why you feel what you feel
    • Shift from Newtonian cause-and-effect thinking to quantum causal thinking where you create your reality
    • The universe is neutral - waiting for you to cause it to respond through your conscious intentions
    • Knowing these principles isn't enough - you must actively practice directing your thoughts daily

Take the time this week to interrupt your thought patterns and consciously direct your thinking toward what you truly want to manifest in your life. Life goes on until you interrupt it with definite, absolute thinking that takes you where you want to go.

  • #094: Finding Yourself: Beyond Knowledge to True Wisdom
    May 13 2025

What if the wisdom you've been seeking has been within you all along? This profound exploration challenges us to distinguish between mere knowledge and true wisdom in our spiritual journeys. As someone who has studied metaphysical principles for over twenty years, I've witnessed countless seekers (myself included) accumulate spiritual concepts without fully embodying them.

The transformative power lies not in what we know intellectually, but in how we apply that knowledge in our lived experience. As Mary Baker Eddy brilliantly expressed, "Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many know a great deal and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great as a knowing fool, but to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom." This distinction reveals why many spiritual practitioners find themselves stuck – understanding principles intellectually while struggling to manifest them practically.

I share a pivotal moment from my time performing in West Side Story, where I faced my limitations as a dancer surrounded by professionals from American Ballet Theatre and Alvin Ailey. My breakthrough came when frustration pushed me beyond perceived limitations into a perfect execution that choreographer Jerome Robbins demanded remain my standard. This personal story illuminates how we often know more than we think we do, but remain trapped in self-doubt until we surrender to our deeper capabilities. The purpose of life isn't found in achievements or acquisitions but in knowing yourself – not the self defined by career, relationships, or talents, but your essential divine nature. This self-knowledge doesn't come through endless analysis but through surrender, moving beyond theoretical understanding into authentic expression.

Are you ready to know more than you think? Begin by quieting the incessant chatter of your analytical mind and connecting with the wisdom that transcends intellectual understanding. Your transformation awaits not as a distant journey, but as a surrender to what you already know at your core. Share this episode with someone who needs to be reminded of their innate wisdom and leave us a review if this message resonated with you!

  • #093: The Journey Inward
    May 6 2025

We explore the journey of self-discovery and spiritual understanding, comparing life to climbing mountains where the journey matters more than the destination.

    • Reflecting on lyrics from Miley Cyrus's "The Climb" as a metaphor for life's journey
    • Personal transformation from Type A personality traits to spiritual understanding
    • The difference between knowledge and true understanding
    • How we create our identities based on external labels and conditioning
    • Understanding ourselves beyond psychological categorization and societal expectations
    • Three practical steps to deepen spiritual understanding: paying attention to reactions, listening to your body, and observing feelings
    • Finding true self in silence and awareness
    • Learning to build bridges of understanding rather than barriers

Give yourself permission this month to spend time in silence, listening to your inner wisdom. Ask yourself why you react the way you do, why your body feels certain ways, and what your emotions are telling you.
