    Bio


    LaTianna Williams is a Sexologist, Certified Tibetan 5-Element Tantra Practitioner, and Recreation Therapist with 16 years of experience in the mental health field. Her private practice focuses on couples and

    1:1 work, helping them navigate trauma, stress, intimacy challenges, and relational healing. She also facilitates community group work, making holistic care accessible to all.


    She empowers clients to reclaim their body, pleasure, and deep desires as sovereign sources of strength, and personal freedom. Her approach blends Western and Eastern traditions, including CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, expressive art, trauma-informed care, spirituality, Tibetan Tantra, and sacred sexuality. She values imagination, compassion, authentic expression, and intuition as essential pathways for healing and personal growth.


    Her work supports others to be the embodied artist of their own life, making self love and relationships an art.
