このオーディオブックでは「企画の能力を向上するには?」と題して話します。具体的に企画の能力を向上する方法を以下の五箇条にまとめて解説しています。 1.「足を使う」頭だけを使うのではなく、現場に行きよく観ながら考える事が重要です。まず現場に行く必要があるのです。データでは全部はわからない どれだけ発見できるかが勝負です。観察視点がたくさんある能力がたくさんの発見をする結果につながります。2.「手を使う」やってみるとわかることが多いのです。現実的にヒット商品を生むためには、実際に使ってみることでアイディアを出す(自腹を切ってでも)必要があります。3.「五感を使う」よく聞く、においを嗅ぐ。舌で味わうといった感覚を研ぎすますことも重要です。4.「メモる」閃きと気づきをメモる事にあります。内容としては文字より絵や図解などのように見えるアイディアにいてメモること。その場でメモことが大切です。浮かんだアイディアを次のステップにしやるくする工夫を各自でするとよいでしょう。5.「人に見せる」アイディアの評価は見せ方、プレゼン、文章のうまさではなくあくまで提案内容の評価である事を忘れないように。見せる相手に会わせる事も大切で社内プレゼンならその上司にわかるように表現する工夫を忘れないように。提案がうまくなりたいのなら、自発的に締め切りをつくりましょう。
