Free, powerful, and in possession of a dead Lord’s storage ring, all he needs is a new identity, and he can start his career as an archhuman delver.

With his time in Faralethal’s mines coming to an end, Freddy is finally free to tackle the world. With the spoils of his unlikely victory, he expects to take the world of delving by storm. Unfortunately for him, things are never that easy.

Big city life is harsh for those without backing. There are many who have been born into power, and many who are willing to do anything to get ahead.

In the grand scheme of things, an independent two-star is still prey.

But with the freedom, funds, and most importantly, time, it won’t be long until he shows the world why, despite all that had tried to kill him, he is still alive and thriving.

Book 2 of this action-packed LitRPG Adventure from Robert Blaise set two hundred years after a reality-altering apocalypse.

Featuring a weak-to-strong Brawler MC who never backs down, a unique power system, apocalyptic elements and more!

Great book. I didn't get bored of listening to it even once and the narrator did a fantastic job. Impressive all around

Strong MC underdog

The book itself is good and it was written pretty decently. The narrator does a good job. I like most of the characters and none of them seem to be absolute idiots and everybody seems to be relatively competent, which is nice. World building for the most part is good and I don’t really have any complaints about that

One thing I would say, though I’m not the biggest fan of all the laughing. I don’t hate it by any means but it just seems a little overdone, I get that Robert Blaise is trying to make a character that’s losing it due to all the stuff that’s happening, but I feel like it’s a little to much.

Overall, it’s a good book and I would 100% recommended It

Good book

Much more action and intense points in this one. Lots of things set up and I do hope someone survives as its hard to know who will and wont die.
narrator still doing great work.

Great stuff

This was a good followup the the first book. I'm not sure if it's on purpose because the MC isn't educated, but I find a lot of actions aren't well thought out and the MC quits if something doesn't immediately work.

my biggest issue was the vast volume changes out of nowhere the narrator would go from 2 to 10 screaming at the top of his lungs. i was listening to the story at night and the some chapters it was every minute or 2 there was loud yelling or screaming that woke up my whole house. it wasn't welcome.

Great second book.
