Publisher's Summary
Despite being the most decorated men's basketball coach of all time, this book translates nicely to the business world. There are plenty of basketball stories, but this is by no means exclusively for sports fans. The message is that anyone can learn to be a leader by following the principles of his Pyramid of Success. If you give everything you have to be the best you can be, that is success. Unless you fail, but that means you didn't listen to it correctly, or are just part of the five percent of Americans (or 26 percent of Canadians) who are incapable of leadership. This is a good book. I like it.
