Changes my life I’ve been using cannabis for 6 years and this made quiting feel so effortless compared to times I’ve tried to quit before. Thank you! I know different things work for different people but this hit like never before. You have nothing to lose by listening. That what I thought before starting.

Really changes my look on cannabis

The ideas in this book helped me quit and overcome cravings that weed had caused me for 6 years. Daily using, usually multiple times a day.

The idea of viewing that “argh” feeling from an outside perspective, where that little feeling of discomfort caused massive amounts of discomfort in my life for 6 years. As well as the visual of leaving the self imposed chalk circle jail I’ve drawn around myself. I have experienced withdrawals, but the benefits I’m seeing in my life already have outweighed that 10x.

This is also mixed with me diving back into my faith which is the true reason I’ve been able to quit, The helpful psychology and visuals from this book are the tools I’ve used to keep me going, my faith gives me a reason beyond myself.

If you are contemplating quitting weed I would 100% suggest you do it. It will change your life for the better.

It worked!
