This is not like a story but a physiological explanation to why our bodies react the way they do. This book also offers strategies to help manage oneself which I valued greatly.

I have never before written a review for an Audible book but Anchored is such an amazing resource in these troubled times that I want to do my part to promote it to one and all. With a perfect combination of science and practicality, it serves as an anchor to all of us to support our bodies, minds, emotions, spirits and connections to others in what has to be one of the most difficult transits in human history.
