À propos de cet audio

The bestselling zombie apocalypse series in one complete bundle!

When two teenagers stumble upon a frozen corpse deep in the woods, they make the fateful decision to bring it back to town—unaware they’ve just unleashed the apocalypse.

In the morgue beneath the hospital, the dead begin to stir, attacking the living and spreading a relentless infection. The once-quiet town quickly descends into chaos as the hospital becomes a battleground, its halls soaked in blood as survivors fight to escape the growing horde.

As the outbreak spirals out of control, authorities seal off the building, desperate to contain the spread. But the virus is already beyond their grasp, setting the stage for a global catastrophe that no one saw coming ...

The Cadaver series takes you on a pulse-pounding journey from the initial outbreak to the terrifying descent into a full-scale apocalypse. It’s a story of survival, horror, and the fragility of humanity in the face of an unstoppable force.

Fans of Mark Tufo, Bobby Adair, Mike Evans, and Camille Picott won’t be able to put this action-packed series down. If you enjoyed Slow Burn, This Rotten World, The End of Everything, or World War Z, then you'll love Cadaver.

I absolutely fell in love with this it was amazing from the first chapter right up to the last chapter I also enjoy stories that are long and are wrapped up perfectly at the end and this was highly recommend this author and this series will have the coolest twist that was unique in it but it didn't sound silly it meant perfectly A÷÷÷÷÷÷plus to the author and I will definitely be looking for more titles from him

Currently about halfway through, driven on by morbid curiosity. This is one of those books where the majority of characters are so stupid, you end up rooting for the zombies to get them. 'Just please eat him and get it over with!' So far there has been one sensible character. Many of the same old tropes are re-used from other books which adds to the frustration of the stupid characters. Combined with the fact that this is set in a Universe where zombie fiction is already a thing, even aware characters seem to have an inability to process the dangers they put themselves and others into. Falling and knocking the wind out of themselves, unable to call for help and generally doing dumb things, risking the lives of loved ones in the process - it artificially creates suspense. When you have come across this numerous times across books as a reader/listener, it becomes tiresome and I wish some authors didn't feel the need to write characters and situations that way.

The narrator is great and works well with the material provided. The story is also set outside of the US for a change which is great and it took a while for me to catch on. I really liked that aspect.

The cause of the outbreak is unusual and differs from other books, which is a somewhat interesting approach - will have to get through more of the book to see if it is fleshed out further. The description of the zombies suggests to me that some of the influence for this book came from a Canadian Zombie movie by the name of Severed - sort of cool to be different, but didn't really make a lot of sense in this context. The writing itself isn't bad and does keep me coming back to hear the remainder of the story, but I do wish that authors spent less time showing people as incompetent buffoons hellbent on reaching their own gruesome deaths except those protected by plot armor.

Definitely entertaining in places, but lots of the book will have zombie aficionados rolling their eyes.

Different But Same

Skipped several parts after reading the first half of the first book.Hoping it would get better.
It never did.
It might be good for young teens although the language is often coarse.
