Relieved

I am relieved that people r acknowledging women health is different from men’s and that we to need our own studies! Nature has designed all of us the way it knows best but it helps if we had an owners manual and now it seems like we do! Thank you Dr Mindy I enjoy your work please keep it up!

finally something focused around women's cycles

Not often do you come across a resource actually taking into a account that women are different. our bodies are unique and require special attention to nurture our cycles.

great listen, although I do think the paper book would be more useful for referencing somewhat complex ideas more readily

definitely recommend. even if I never try fasting, I feel like I understand my female body more

This book will change your life!

I recently purchased Fast Like A Girl by Dr. Mindy Pelz on Audible. I loved the information she was sharing so much that I needed more, so purchased the hard copy on Amazon, I also started to devour her videos on YouTube. I felt like she had open up an entire world to women that has been vastly under researched and discussed. I went on to purchase a year long subscription to her Reset Academy and let me tell you this is hands down the best investment I’ve made into my health, possibly in my whole life. The knowledge and information she shares there is invaluable for women of all ages and stages. This information will change your life if you’re open to it and embrace it. Dr. Mindy says that “Our Health is Our Responsibility” and that is more true today than ever before, it’s our time to take back our control and power in our lives and of our bodies ladies. I hope you all embrace Dr. Mindy and her teaching as I have and that it changes your life, as it has mine!

Very Helpful

The best information about fasting, healing and health. I have been looking for this book for 40 years. First fasting was a spiritual discipline, I noticed my PMS was gone if I fasted before my period. I am going to do this. Thank you so much!

The absolute best book on fasting for women!

Dr. Mindy Pelz explains women’s hormones in easy to follow terms. It’s information women should receive in school or by their doctor! I love how she explains the best fasts for different goals and they we can not fast like men! Great information that I plan to share with all women in my life! Our bodies have the power to heal itself…that’s powerful!
