SOME GREAT STUFF HERE

I enjoyed this book. at first I thought I think I'll return it however once I got into it it went really well. some great ideas on how to change your life but not live a life that allows for no fun or rewards. highly recommend very good.

A “How to Feel Good” manual for humans!

This is the most relate-able and enjoyable health & wellness book! It made me laugh, helped me understand why my past attempts to get healthier haven’t worked and inspired me to make immediate changes for the better! I liked it so much I bought the print version too.

Oonagh Duncan “un-complicates” getting healthy and losing weight with 7 totally do-able habits and by explaining how to make them part of everyday “real” life. I love that this is not another polite, clinical book about a specific diet or a "how to get thin quick" scheme. It’s unique and sounds just like a candid conversation with a supportive friend - specifically, the enthusiastic friend who makes you smile while still giving you VERY honest advice.

This book’s emphasis on being part of a “Feel Good Movement” instead of “weight-loss media hype” is an empowering game-changer!

You need this book in your life!

I bought this book with my monthly audible credit not really thinking much about it. Decided to give it a listen on my way home form work and was hooked before the end of the introduction. Oonagh is hilarious and easy to listen too. Perfect amount of sass and humour mixed in with amazingly informative content. Makes me really think about what I want from my life and why.
Written for a female audience but I'm going to have my husband listen as well. Couldn't get enough so I bought the e-book before then end of the first chapter and plan to grab a hard copy as well so I can highlight and make notes. Thought I knew a lot about health and nutrition already (though never put it into practice) but this book is a game changer for me. Can't wait to be Healthy as F*ck and love the body that I'm in NOW!

fantastic book!!

this is a must read book, it really hit home for me. I think it will change the way you think of dieting forever.
