Authour write for girls only... ........... no really what i' m looking for. sentences like I got you girls is not really uplifting for mens. but seem like a good book.

Not written for me but still useful

This book is definitely written for the married woman in her 40’s but a single male in his 30’s can still find useful information and hilarious quotes and excerpts

Sustainable and motivational!

I'm one of this who've tried it all in the weight-loss and wellness game, and I have to say this is the first time I felt and approach could be sustainable for life. Love this book and have already listened to it twice in the two weeks since I downloaded it. Highly recommended!

I’m implementing these aspects

Her goals to assist people in achieving their healthy lifestyle, is valid. We are made up of habits. Finding their triggers, assessing how they affect us, and treating them is key.

Her ability to identify these through story and example is extremely entertaining and hits the spot in so many ways.

This book is the “ F “Bomb!!

Love everything about this book! Straight forward info but Oonagh’s delivery finally made me see the light ! I Was so F*ucking happy to get rid of my scales...I’m never weighing anything again. Already my happiness level has gone through the roof! So Sad that the book ended...I need more Oonagh!!!

Do yourself a favour - BUY THIS BOOK.

Of all the diet / healthy living / weight loss / etc. books ever written, this one is by FAR the best. (and I've read them all)
Oonagh strips things down and gets back to the basics of real common sense weight loss advice and EXACTLY how to achieve it.
She is super hilarious and SO relatable ! Even if you don't want to lose weight, I would still recommend this book based on the fact that she is just so entertaining and charismatic, LOL. There are so many thought provoking ideas that will make you think differently this time about how to reach your goals. Some amazing tips in every chapter, I laughed and cried and loved every minute of listening to this in my car everyday.
Do not miss out on Healthy as F*uck. I am even going to buy the hard copy to have for reference.
