Still just as relevant today.
The book will change how you handle business interactions, and will really open up your eyes to a better way of doing things. It isin't full of manipulation tactics or anything like that, but just quality advice on how to meaningfully build and foster better relationships with people.
My only gripe is the narrator is a little dry. Don't get me wrong you likely won't have any problem making it through, but with all the really good audible voice performances out there it is hard not wanting someone who could really bring the level of performance the content deserves.

Direct approach to improving social and interpersonal relationships.
Numerous vignettes (little stories) give an example of each skill being taught. A classic, my 90 year old mother said that her father had a copy of this book. Timeless.

A book for everyone
This book has been on my reading this for many years. I finally listened to it and don’t know why I waited to long to dive in. The narrator does an excellent job of keeping the listener interested. Most of the references or people in the book mentioned in examples are outdated but given the original book was written in the 1930s and Dale’s daughter tried to keep the updated version as true to the original as possible, it makes sense why most of the book is outdated but the concepts can still without a doubt be applied today because people haven’t changed that much. Definitely a book I will come back to again and again. I might even look into the the training courses.
I recommend this book to everyone, young, old, in business or an employee. This book will help you learn how to do just as the title says “win friends and influence people”.
