Book started with a pretty standard system apocalypse/tower climbing setting, then MC gets a race change - finally a non-human in this setting which is a rarity, and I also liked that MC is driven, and doesn't rely on luck. What I'm not fan of is that there were some PoV switching that feels unnecessary - it's mostly just there to describe the feelings of the other party members and I don't find them very interesting.
