I loved the book, it is well written and it gives a beginner or someone who doesn't know anything about NLP a good overview. There are also many different exercises to introduce you to the NLP, unfortunately there is no accompanied PDF with links or exercises. Instead the narrator is giving you the links, but it is not practical if you are listening in the car or on the move. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning the basics of NLP. Great buy.

This book is narrated by the author it is just awesome, I first read it as a newbie on NLP and now as soon I finished the book I start making positive changes on my life and helping others! Great book, recommended!

Very comprehensive overview of the major working parts and concepts of NLP, with plenty of knowledge to enrich the life of those curious about the topic as well as bring further resourceful perspectives to the practitioner, and an excellent revisiting of the basics. The 5 star feature is definitely the amount of “extracurricular” material available as well as in-book opportunities to practice the methods and turn the intellectual understanding into experience!
