So much information but so happy to have found this book. I definitely have to go back and review many parts again, but I feel confident that I found a book that will help me diagnose what’s going on and how I can get back to being strong.

This book answers so many questions I had, and many more I didn't know I had. A book on menopause and Perimenopause for endurance athletes, not just women in general or somewhat active women. For me this book represents a savings in time, energy and money. I'm definitely buying the hard copy now, for ease of reference for the exercises and nutrition tips. This isn't an easy book to narrate but the narrator nailed it. Narration is excellent, she even made charts and exercises somehow auditively "visible".

This book is PACKED with useful information for active 40+ women! Read it early and put the expert advice into action to live your best life and keep performing and hitting your goals. The audio version is great with the pdf but I think having the physical paper copy would be super handy to have and make notes in.
