Publisher's Summary
The people we love are thieves. They steal our hearts. They steal our breath. They steal our sanity. And we let them. Over and over and over again.
They say you never forget your first love.
Mine was a homeless musician who wandered straight into my soul.
He was my first everything. And fourteen years later, I still can't get him out of my head.
He broke all my rules. He also broke my heart.
I watched him climb to stardom, cheering him on from afar. But I was never a fan; just a girl in love.
Like a tornado, he spiraled, leaving a path of destruction in his wake.
But love conquers all, right? It has to. Because here I stand, ravaged and ruined, needing it to be true.
We can't go back, but I want to. Back to the park. Back to when he sang only for me. Before he was famous. Before he shattered my heart.
I thought I knew everything about him. But I could not have been more wrong.
He promised me every tomorrow. And here I am, waiting.
And hoping.
Again.
Contains mature themes.

!!!
What a story told in this book!
I've listened to it twice now because it is so full of every emotion.
Loved this book and a very relevant book when we see what is happening all around us in this world today.
There should be trigger warnings of every kind on the description of this book because it goes sooooo deep into what so many ppl are faced with today.
I know I will listen to it again because there's so much in this book that I know I will uncover more with each time but be prepared for every emotion possible especially tears!
Thank you to the author!

No Tomorrow, Not Today.
I admit, aspects of the story relating to mental health and homelessness are interesting, but the narration feels slow, and the steamy scenes are repetitive. A decent listen if you are just looking for something that won't need your undivided attention. I prefer this author's other series.

Just no.
I really tried to like this novel, but no. The main character, Evan/Blue, is a creep. No love lost on him. The heroine allows him to treat her badly and continues to excuse it because they are in love. That’s not love. It’s emotional/mental/physical abuse. The first time they make love—no it’s f*#king, plain and simple) it’s almost a rape; she has to stay home for a few days from work so they don’t see the bruises. If the characters had some redeeming qualities, maybe. But Piper is a doormat to Evan/Blue’s character. And he says he loves her, but nothing he does shows that’s true.

Okay story , could have been shorter.
Mm, i was on the fence with this one. Ive heard you will either Love this, or hate it! I definitely did not hate it.
Performance was really good, but I found myself fast forwarding through chapters. I felt the book could have been shorter to get to the end results.
She was frustrating and he was messed up! If you like this sort of story, you will Love it!
