Disclaimer: this is a review of book one, since the whole collection is just so absurdly long.

So this is a haremlit book with the premise that our main character is a rare "Primal Conjurer", a special kind of mage who can bond with multiple women, each of which makes him more powerful. He has a duty to go around the world fixing problems and hunting down sorcerors who have made deals with devils.

...but he's also a pretty polite guy, who worries about what other people think, mostly follows the rules, and doesn't pursue women aggressively. In fact, despite meeting the first love interest in chapter one with the premise "she is being brought to you in order to have sex with you so you can bond her", they don't actually have sex for *multiple chapters* because he wants to wait until she's ready. It's an interesting change!

The characters are all nice, but the book lacks a bit of punch. It might be better if there were more antagonists, but instead it feels like there's not much tension...until there is, anyway. I expect this to change in book two.

I feel like I've already gotten my money's worth. It's not an amazing story, but it's a decent enough read - and voiced by two very capable narrators.

A nice, anxious, overpowered MC

This was a fantastic story that didn't force the characters to do stupid stuff in order to force a narrative! The romance is plentiful and sweet. The author should give lessons on pacing because it was very satisfying how an issue would present itself and the characters would be able to deal with it completely before moving on. The surprises are often enough that they keep you on edge but not too often. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The main character can think!
