This book broke me in ways I didn't know was possible. It takes place 30 years after the previous story, and I went into this new romance super skeptical thinking that it wouldn't be possible to fall in love with the new characters, nor embrace this new love! Boy, how I was wrong!
The amount I cried at times made me question my sanity. The intensity of how everything happens, ends, the dialogues GOD the dialogues, some conversations seemed like they were written for me. I identified a lot, and now that l've finished I'm at that stage where I need to move on with my life, but I can't get this book out of my head. I'm glad the author released a novella, but before I start I'm going to put on the Spotify playlist with the songs from this series and embrace the 15-year-old girl that lives inside me, and only appears once in awhile.

What a great story. Right mix of raunch and love and banter. Book two has the tears rolling right up to the epilogue. Love her stories

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did! I listened to the first one and thought it was okay, but nothing really stood out. Turns out, it was just setting the stage for this incredible story, which I couldn’t put down at all. It really took me on an emotional rollercoaster—I laughed, I cried, and my heart was pounding the whole time. The narrators were absolutely fantastic! I also found myself loving the spice in this one even more than the first, probably because I was totally invested in the characters. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
