It's not you; it's your schedule. Does it sound like magic? It's not. We've all heard of circadian rhythms - those biological processes that give us jet lag and make us night owls or early birds. But few of us know just how profoundly these diurnal patterns affect our overall health. Bad habits - like skipping meals, squeezing in workouts, working late into the night and then trying to catch up on sleep during the weekend - disrupt our natural cycles. A growing body of research on chronobiology reveals just how sensitive the human body is to these rhythms all the way down to the genetic level.

Publisher's Summary
Secrets of the Millionaire Mind reveals the missing link between wanting success and achieving it!
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to get rich easily while others are destined for lives of financial struggle? Is the difference found in their education, intelligence, skills, timing, work habits, contacts, luck, or choice of jobs, businesses, or investments?
The shocking answer is: none of the above!
In his groundbreaking Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, T. Harv Eker states, "Give me five minutes, and I can predict your financial future for the rest of your life!" Eker does this by identifying your "money and success blueprint". We all have personal money blueprints ingrained in our subconscious minds, and it is these blueprints, more than anything, that will determine our financial lives. You can know everything about marketing, sales, negotiations, stocks, real estate, and the world of finance, but if your money blueprint is not set for a high level of success, you will never have a lot of money - and if somehow you do, you will most likely lose it! The good news is that now you can actually reset your money blueprint to create natural and automatic success.
Secrets of the Millionaire Mind is two books in one. Part I explains how your money blueprint works. Through Eker's rare combination of street smarts, humor, and heart, you will learn how your childhood influences have shaped your financial destiny. You will also learn how to identify your own money blueprint and "revise" it not only to create success but, more important, to keep and continually grow it.
In part II you will be introduced to 17 "Wealth Files", which describe exactly how rich people think and act differently from most poor and middle-class people. Each Wealth File includes action steps for you to practice in the real world in order to dramatically increase your income and accumulate wealth.
If you are not doing as well financially as you would like, you will have to change your money blueprint. Unfortunately your current money blueprint will tend to stay with you for the rest of your life unless you identify and revise it, and that's exactly what you will do with the help of this extraordinary book. According to T. Harv Eker, it's simple. If you think like rich people think and do what rich people do, chances are you'll get rich, too!

A waste of time and money
There is nothing new, interesting or special about this book. It's just a bunch of ideas that you can find in an average self-help / personal development book or get for free watching a ten-minute home-made video on YouTube. It is a repeat of a typical list of points on the power of positive thinking. In trying to make the subject refreshing and interesting, the author added many analogies and anecdotes which are neither practical nor inspiring. I tried very hard to give it the benefit of doubt, but after struggling through half the book, I am giving up. It's a waste of my time and effort. I'm going to ask for my money back.

Loved this book.
I have just recently started listening to self help books and doing personal growth. This was my second book. This book was so enlightening. I recommend recommend recommend! Especially if you truly want to make a change in your financial well being. It took me a about a month to get through the book because I keep relistening to chapters more than once to make sure I got everything out of it. I have already created a separate account for investing and account for playtime. There is so much to learn from this book that I know I going to listen to it again!

Hands-down, the best book on this subject and human consciousness, I’ve read so far
I think my subject title says it all but it’s worth reiterating. Coming from a very poor lower class family it is been a struggle understanding how to replace some of my poor mindset beliefs with those of a rich mindset. It sounds very simple, but it requires a specific approach, language, and a deeper understanding. This book offers all that and much much more. I highly recommend this book to every single person willing to do the work.

Great Content
I really like this book it was an amazing reminder of what your mindset must be like in order to really be successful because if you do not change your financial blueprint, you will never change the amount of money you're able to receive, so all in all great book.
The only thing that bothered me was the amount of time he mentioned his seminar.
I'm all for promotions I'm in sales, I run a business and I get it.
To make money in this business of book writing I understand he must upsell you to higher ticket programs in order to really maximize profits however it was done so many times it lost its effectiveness and just became like a Geico commercial that you seen 100 times.
Other than that this book, bar none is one of the best insightful accounts on how our minds work and how we see ourselves how we see the rich and what our financial blueprint.
I will listen to this once every month as he suggests in the book, for the next year even though I'll have to endure the incredibly painful pitch fest in this book.
I'll do it because I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Thanks for the book T. Harv, who knows maybe I'll see you at a seminar soon.

Covers a lot on mindset. Discusses Offense and Defense of finance, but is lacking in rules of the game. A bit more loose with spending vs delayed gratification. Similar to FFP in concept, but meaningful content is scattered and has a bit more hype than suits me.

Paradox of Prejudice and Truth
Read this book with caution, at the same time with an open heart.
It's at the same time a constant piece of advertisement of the author's other products, as it is rich in good insights how the middle class american should stop vitimizing itself.
I still struggle how the author keeps linking money to happiness and poverty (a level that he does not specify) to being sad. Sometimes I feel that this shallow association is made only to sell his ideas, books and seminars. At the Same time, ignoring this shallowness with open heart there are some valuable lessons to take from this book.
