So many nuggets in there, it's incredible!
Take the time to read/listen to this book. I've read other books from the same author and the quality of the material just keeps increasing. If you are interested in progressing, learning what you are capable of, and heading to your goals and reaching them, this is an excellent "cheat code" in your pursuit.

This book and Steven Kotler’s work have changed my beliefs and perceptions of what is truly possible for any person to achieve. As a wellness and performance coach I have taken what I was already applying to my own life and amplified it by 1000! There were so many connections made and gaps filled to enhance my understanding of HOW to take the necessary actions to enter a flow state more consistently and effectively.
