good build up to treachery
the way the primaches are portraying and the deamons build in the legions is a great way to feel what happened to make legions drink the flavour aid and got all heretic on each other, 40k fans will enjoy

Thrilling story.
Narrator did an excellent job with his emphasizing and allowed for a submersible experience into the realm of chaos. I will most likely be listening to this again. Great story.

Stick with it
I thought it started a little slow but by the time you get to part 2 it picks up something fierce. Very important in understanding the backdrop of the horus heresy in its entirety.

problems in Chapter 23
this is my favourite 40k story, it is awesome except that there are serious problems in chapter 23; breaks in narration mean people might not fully feel the depths of heresy.
