About this listen

An action-packed LitRPG Adventure perfect for fans of Mother of Learning, Primal Hunter, and The Perfect Run!

Fight. Grind. Grow strong enough to stop the Cataclysm.

Orodan was an orphaned street rat who clawed his way to the county militia with hard work. When calamitous events unfold and draw him into events bigger than himself, Orodan's battle-loving disposition leads to a warrior's death.

Then he wakes up again at the start of the Cataclysm. Then again. And again.

In a world of skills, titles, and blessings, a smart time-looper would perhaps scheme, plan, amass equipment, and allies. But not Orodan. If there's one thing he's good at, it's stubbornly trying the same thing over and over again via brute force till it's done.

If a wall is in front of him, going around is not an option. Instead, he'll batter it thousands of times until either the wall breaks or he does. And gain skill levels along the way.

Until, maybe one run, he'll grow powerful enough to stop the Cataclysm.

Experience this fast-paced LitRPG Adventure about Orodan and his progression toward becoming extremely overpowered using a time loop. The series features a detailed system, loads of skills, varied progression paths, deep worldbuilding, cultivation aspects, and a heroic character you can't help but root for!

when is the next book coming out??

Story:
I wasn't expecting much due to the ... descriptive title, but this book surprised me. It's very fast paced. Author managed to create a MC that's very talented with a single brain cell. He levels up very fast, gains amazing skills constantly, doesn't hesitate or second-guess himself, doesn't try to hide, faces all challenges head on - it's very refreshing from the trends of having a MC that spends too much time in their own head (in most other books). The time loop itself is also very varied. MC only gets reset when he dies, and he doesn't have to die at a specific time, so he goes to different adventures, from different continents to an academy and it keeps the book from getting repetitive. What the book doesn't have is meticulous planning that ensures the next loop ends up better and I actually prefer this. Cannot wait for the next book.

Narrator:
not perfect female voices, but very good male voices

Wow this was...not...good

Hoo boy this was terrible. The description said this book is like Mother of Learning, Primal Hunter and the Perfect run. It reads like someone took all 3 of those books handed it to a A.I and said "Fuze the worst parts of these books together". The MC accepts hes in the time loop in virtually half a chapter. No further questions, all gas no brakes. Then proceeds to indiscriminately challenge, fight ,and murder anyone who is remotely linked to the conspiracy/invasion. The MC is neither likeable nor a hero.He has ZERO compunctions killing to level up a skill and is seemingly unbotherd by any of the many deaths that he faces. Anytime he's presented with a easier less bloody path the book goes on to remind you that hey "hE's sTUbBoRn!"..."hE's noT lIKe tHE oTHer tImElOop gUY!" Stubborn must be a fancy way of describing someone as a unhinged maniacal dumbass.

If your into mindless action, bare bone world/character building, and fade to black chapter ending then this is the book for you.

Narrator was good tho.
