It may sounds insane but making habits tiny helps people be able to actually make the habits stick in their lives. Take a habit you already have and stack another habit to it but keep it small such as after you brush you teeth, make the bed or do two push ups. Then celebrate doing that new habit. I’ve tried this in my own life and yes celebrating seems crazy/awkward but it helps you brain wire in that new habit.

This book is for everyone because not many people have really learned a tried and true method to creating new habits and making them stick! This book will help you do actually that.

A little slow to start and I am glad I stuck with it. there were a a few nuggets I was able to adapt and implement right away when we got to that point in the book.

I’m obsessed with building good habits, but I have a tendency to let my systems fall apart and beat myself up about it. This book is a treasure trove of nuggets to help a ‘habiteer’ be more successful, and also an amazing resource for how and why to incorporate habit building from the foundation up. I love the way the author stresses the celebration component! Also love all the anecdotes about how people have put tiny habits into practise in their lives. Some of the nuggets in this book have really stuck with me and will change the way I interact with myself and others (people change best by feeling good!)

BJ Fogg did an amazing job of breaking down his behavior model in to small steps. I also enjoyed that he reiterated the steps throughout the book to remind you of what you read previously. The pdf that went along with the book was also an amazing tool to help guide you through his model!! Will be recommending this book to everyone!!

Great book. I heard a bit about this method in a podcast years ago and found it easy to employ in my work and personal life in many ways. I finally got around to listening to the audiobook and glad I did - it gave a lot more easy to understand examples and cases, including so many ways to use it in your own life.
