Twisted King...what can I say about this to fully convey how extraordinary I found the writing but also how Joe and Lucy effortlessly performed every single chapter. The emotion they conveyed came through so clearly. The wide range of accents and characters they had to undertake and the seamless way both performers could take on the role of the same character...just perfection in my opinion. (Side note I know that these two are beyond professional and have saved clips they can reference and it shows!)

And back to Ria and her writing. At this point you should know this is book two in the Twisted City Duet and you would be missing out if you don't listen to or read Little Bird. The story picks right back up...and you are thrown into the chaos and destruction. I think it's really important to note you should read the trigger warnings completely before listening.

Lex and Wren have been through so much and you are just holding your breath hoping they can find each other again and be the King and Queen of the City they so desperately deserve to be.

Wren really comes into her own in this one.❤️ And Lex....oh Lex "mmmmmhm"

This was a great part deux.
Highly recommend this series. Sexy and his love for her is incredibly sweet.

Only dislike was the non-duet - the female attempt at male voice was meh at best. Definitely took away from the audiobook for me.
