Three months ago, I landed a job as a bartender. But not at a bar-at a guild. Yeah, the magic kind.

As always LOVE LOVE LOVE both Annette Marie and Cris Dukehart together I forget that I'm listening to a story and these characters are fictional. the stories Annette writes really come to life on their own but Cris really takes it to another level. the two together are unstoppable.

Poor Tory she goes through allot in this one. some Bad some good but it all makes her stronger in the end. Bonds are strengthened and some change we meet nee people and celebrate nee things :)

Ok, I will admit, I seen some of the plot points coming in this one, but they were still delivered with so much sass and a touch of snark that I'm ok with it. And continuing on with our new favourite character - yes please! And we also have our own favourite adorable familiars as well. Now if only I could talk one into coming home with me. On to the next book I guess. Who needs sleep?

5 stars all around for this whole entire book series!! Seriously if you haven’t read any of the guild codex books, or any of Annette Marie’s books for that matter, I highly recommend giving them a read! Trust me you won’t be disappointed!
