Publisher's Summary

Are you ready to fill your life with more peace, power, and joy?

We Should All Be Millionaires details a realistic, achievable, step-by-step path to creating the support, confidence, and plan you need to own your success and become the millionaire the world needs you to be.

Only 10 percent of the world’s millionaires are women, making it difficult for women to wield the economic power that will create lasting equality. Whatever is stopping you from having seven figures in the bank - whether it’s shaky confidence, knowledge gaps when it comes to wealth-building tactics, imposter syndrome, a janky mindset about money (it’s okay, we’ve all been there!), or simply not knowing where to begin - this book shows you how to clear every obstacle in your way, show up, and glow up.

We Should All Be Millionaires will forever change the way you think about money and your ability to earn it.

In this book, Rachel Rodgers - a Black woman, mother of four, attorney, business owner, and self-made millionaire - shares the lessons she’s learned both in her own journey to wealth and in coaching hundreds of women through their own journeys to seven figures.

Inside, you’ll learn:

  • Why earning more money is not “selfish” or “greedy” but in fact, a revolutionary act that brings the economy into balance and creates a better world for all.
  • Why most of the financial advice you’ve heard in the past (like “skip your daily latte to save money”) is absolute patriarchal nonsense.
  • An eye-opening history lesson on how women and people of color have been shut out of the ability to build wealth for centuries - and how we can fix this.
  • How to stop making broke-ass decisions that leave you feeling emotionally and financially depleted and start making million-dollar decisions instead.
  • Why aiming to earn $100K per year is not enough, and why you need to be setting your goals much higher.
  • Strategies to bring more money in the door and fatten your bank account immediately. (Including Rodgers’ $10K in 10 Days Challenge, which hundreds of women have completed - with incredible results.)

It’s time to construct an entirely new attitude about money, claim your power, and build the financial security that you need and deserve - so you can stop just surviving and start thriving. Let’s begin.

A good book but...

I don't want to come across as insensitive. I work in the DEI space and am deeply aware of the struggles of BIPOC community. I'm an immigrant myself (albeit white) who moved across the ocean alone at age 16. However, I think Rachel overdid it with "white guys this, white guys that" references in order to cater to her audience. I have a genuine question - isn't saying things like "...isn't it beautiful to have a quote about habits that's NOT from a white guy" odd at the very least? This is just a quote from the last "bonus chapter" that I can remember off top of my head but that was the attitude throughout the book. Let's not forget that "white guys" are not just Johns and Jims born in well-off American families. I speak for many friends and relatives, also immigrants, who are white but have struggled with discrimination when it came to things like having an accent - something that Rachel doesn't have. I don't think we should be normalizing this kind of language. You can't be advocating for one minority group and completely ignore the other (unless Rachel doesn't know that the world is bigger than the US), making generalizations about white men and bashing them. This really left me with a bitter aftertaste after finishing this book.

Was hopeful

FROM WHAT I SAW FROM HER TALKS I WAS INTRIGUED BY HER AND HER KNOWLEDGE. I FOUND HER RANTING A LOT ABOUT WHITE MEN, AND MADE ME FEEL OUT OF PLACE I GUESS. WE ARE ALL ONE AND IN THE END THOSE WHITE MEN THAT CAUSED HER CONFLICT GAVE HER THE GIFT OF LEARNING TO GROW REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE.

Want to feel empowered? GET THIS BOOK!

Are you a woman who thinks making more money is a dream? Are you a marginalized woman who thinks that dream is beyond, beyond acquirable? Rachel Rodgers is insightful and super empowering. Her narration style could use some coaching BUT do not be put off by the way she reads this book aloud. You will NOT be disappointed by the content. You will get used to the narration. The way in which she imparts her knowledge is incredibly full of wisdom and practical advice. I cannot recommend this book enough. You will never stop being inspired by every single word! I hope she opens up her million dollar club to more members soon, because she is sure to need to expand SOON!

Definitely not for all Women

Only purchase if you are organized, put-together and socially adept. Unfortunately, these don't apply to me. I have a successful career but I struggle with executive dysfunction. Staying organized is difficult for me and something I have to actively work towards.

This book just confirms my fears-I'm barely a woman. Other women are talented, organized, clean, fashionable, everything I'm not. I was hoping these stereotypes weren't the norm, I was hoping that women like me were more common. But after listening to this book I just feel more alone and so much worse about myself.

Great motivation to go for it!

the first 6 chapters were good, but better for beginners or people who are thinking about starting a business. The rest of the book was wonderful. It was full of real life examples and action steps.

Completely Life Changing

This book was inspirational, motivating and funny all in one. I feel like this Rachel lived a parallel life to me and my own experiences as a child. She was honest and real about her journey to success. It has moved me to follow my dreams and do well for myself and those who matter most. One day I plan on using her as a mentor and being apart of women who kick ass in business!

great info

Good info and inspiring. Great for keeping you accountable. Some things were things I already knew, but it's great how she grew her business so much.

Eye opening

This book taught me a lot. I hadn’t even gotten to the end and decided to invest in myself and my business. Super inspiring with incredible tips. Loved Rachel’s book so much that I moved onto her podcast. That is great too. I definitely recommend this book to those who are itching to grow their business and mindset towards money.
