Grrrr I love and hate Dr. Gundry
Are you gonna take the Red pill or the Blue pill? I took the Red (ref The Matrix movie)......I love Dr. Gundry because he speaks truth backed by science and facts and my Gut literally tells me to trust him - I hate him because he has forced me to open my eyes and now I can't close them anymore...my friends and family are probably sick of me trying to share some intel cuz life was so much "simpler" when I didn't know...now I think twice before eating so many things and essentially learning how to eat again/how to prepare things so I take care of my gut. Guess what though....it is worth it. It is worth it to go on the hunt for Jicama and google what endives are and wth is cassava flower???...etc etc yet I feel drawn to what he says.....call it a Gut Feeling....if you listen you'll know what I mean by that ;) The gut is fascinating and I found so much of what Dr. G said so interesting and it makes so much sense.

Shocking!!!
Unhealthy health food……what??? As a certified trainer I have attended many health and fitness seminars/conferences and read many books and articles over the years. Interesting read
I wasn't sure exactly what this book would be like. I found it to be very interesting and informative. The author is the narrator. There is a lot of information in this book. I found myself stopping and rewinding a few times. I alos liked the PDF enhancement a great addition to the purchase. There a too many things to note without it. I found this a great 'read' on a recent 9 hour car drive. Recommend this heartily.
