Publisher's Summary

What has self-doubt already cost you in your life? WORTHY is how you change that. Imagine what you'd do, if you FULLY believed in YOU! When you stop doubting your greatness, build unshakable self-worth and embrace who you are, you transform your entire life! WORTHY teaches you how, with simple steps that lead to life-changing results!

"In life, you don't soar to the level of your hopes and dreams, you stay stuck at the level of your self-worth. In your business, leadership, relationships, friendships and ambitions, you don't rise to what you believe is possible, you fall to what you believe you're worthy of. When you build your self-worth, you change your entire life. WORTHY teaches you how. I wrote WORTHY for YOU if you have some self-doubt to destroy and a destiny to fulfill!"—Jamie Kern Lima

Author Jamie Kern Lima's first, instant New York Times bestselling book Believe It, captured her journey of going from Denny's waitress to billion-dollar entrepreneur by learning to believe in herself. And now her second, much-anticipated, upcoming book Worthy, is the playbook for how YOU can believe in YOU! If you've ever struggled with self-doubt, felt like you don't have what it takes...or that who you truly are isn't enough, even if you're really good at hiding it from the world, WORTHY is for you.

If you've been underestimating your talent and gifts, or battle imposter syndrome, WORTHY is for you. If you've been letting fear of failure and rejection hold you back, WORTHY is for you. If you've learned to please others so much that you end up betraying yourself, WORTHY is for you. If you're ready to get unstuck and fully believe in YOU, WORTHY is for you! When you change what you believe you're worthy of, you change your entire life.

Imagine...what would you do if you had zero self-doubt and unshakable self-worth? What would you do if you fully believed in YOU?

Listen to more than once Worthy! Gift Worthy!

I highly recommend listening to the Audible version - it is sooo good that I listened to it more than once - and within only days! It feels like you are hanging out with a girlfriend who genuinely cares about you — and it is so healing! I have already bought a copy for a friend and Worthy will be my go to gift purchase this year. I love it!

One of the best self-help books

I have learned a LOT about self-worth and believing in yourself. This book is AMAZING if you want to dive deeper into your life. I HIGHLY would recommend this book

Probably good for a starter

I was very underwhelmed by this book. I feel like there were so many times where I literally said out loud, "Get to the point Jamie!" , as there were a lot of words to get to a little point, multiple times. I didn't find this book really helpful myself, but I could see it being motivating for maybe a teenager or someone just starting their self discovery journey. I really liked the chapter about mirror works, but instead of explaining the process in more depth, you are just encouraged to visit the website to get more information which really was a downer. This book reads more like a biography than a self help book, and although it does have some funny and interesting stories, it wasn't the type of self help book that I enjoy reading. Jamie narrates the book herself, and has great charisma when doing so, she has the personality to keep you listening, but something about the way she over explains, I can't help but to wonder if she thinks the readers are dense? like we can't fill in blanks without her giving 25 examples, when 3 was enough Or maybe she is making sure to connect with everyone? I dont know. . As stated, I definitely recommend for a teenager or someone who hasn't gotten too deep into the self help section.

Like a warm hug ❤️

I just finished the book and I realized I needed that warm friendly reminder and encouragement. Beautifully written with honesty & vulnerability.
The part about her mother’s last days brought me to tears. Great book ❤️

Divine timing?

I am a 63 year old woman who didn’t notice, as it was happening, that my ‘spark’ was dimming… until I could actually see that it was almost out. I used to feel it and almost see it shining brightly somewhere on the inside of my forehead... but the light became noticeably dim about 7 years ago. (I know that may sound strange but it’s true.)
About 2 years ago, I could no longer see it at all.
I then purposely made some changes in my life and decided that my priority would be to figure out how to find it again. I didn’t know how to, or even if I could, re-ignite it.
I have listened to many audiobooks and podcasts from Glennon Doyle to Mel Robbins to Michael Singer to Gary Zukav to Oprah Winfrey to Eckhart Tolle and so many others.
I have learned so so much along this journey that has helped me.
AND to be introduced to Jamie Kern Lima’s new book ‘Worthy’, via a recent Mel Robbins podcast, was an extraordinary ‘coincidental’ discovery!
I couldn’t stop listening and completed the book over the weekend! I’m looking forward to reading/hearing it again!
Thank you, Jamie, for helping me to locate and place a very large puzzle piece!
I love you too!

Jamie is great! A book for Everyone!

I haven’t listened to her first book but I’ve followed her on social media for a long time. She is so inspiring, the story of how she preserved to build It cosmetics after many many rejections. This book is great for everyone, business owner or not. Everyone struggles with feeling like they are worthy at one point in their lives because of society telling them they’re “too much” or “not good enough” or any other reasons. Or even remembering what that bully told you in school or that mean manager told you at your first job. We’ve all gone through times when people have been mean to us and we internalized it then our self talk turned on us. Listen to this book and use the accompanying pdf from her website to help you build self worth.
I’m definitely going to come back to this book time and time again.

World Salad

It feels like a lot of fluff. A lot of the book is just regurgitated data and shameless self promotion. I do not recommend this book.
