Welcome to another episode of Conscious Collingwood. We entered this podcast drawing blanks – literally no idea what to talk about, just the willingness to dive into a meaningful conversation. Justin sparked things off by asking Jeff, “If you had a theme for your last week, what would be the theme?”  Surprisingly, it set the stage for an hour-long discussion.

As it turns out, we were both challenged with heavier energy. We decided to open up about it, sharing our experiences and how we coped with our week.

Meanwhile, Jeff spoke about his journey as a father, discussing a recent conversation with his oldest daughter and the evolving art of effective communication with his two girls.

We also touched on the complexities of social media, exploring the challenges of authenticity in the digital age. And, of course, Jeff managed to press Justin's buttons a bit – nothing serious, just a friendly moment of clearing the air.
