I was blessed enough to have a series of in depth conversations about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with a yogi by the name of Anil Ji Swaraj in The Himalayan Mountains near The Dalai Lama's monastery. We discussed meditation, philosophy, ayurvedic diet, ayurveda lifestyles, yoga, asanas, pranayama, and much more.

The poems written in this book were composed in over 20 different countries & different cities including Australia, Bali, Brooklyn, Budapest, Colombia, Cyprus, Greece, India, Israel, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Madagascar, Miami, New Zealand, Oklahoma, Portugal, Romania, Sydney, Tbilisi, Thailand, & The Hamptons & Ukraine. I left a piece of my heart in each one of these places that I visited along with leaving a piece of my heart, with every one of those amazing souls that I met & connected with along the way, a lot of who I still know to this day.

In these often dark and chaotic times, it can sometimes seem difficult to see a positive path forward. I wrote this audiobook as an answer to this. A Lighthouse is a collection of 40 poems, called "Ray Tablets", to serve as guiding lights to help us all make it through these valleys of darkness. We all need more acceptance and more love; it is so important, that's why it's important that you know I will always welcome you with an open door, open arms, open heart, and an open mind. And, above all else, please be kind and show love.
