I fully recognize that the title, I Weep for the Nation That Rebukes Integration in Favor of Mass Incarceration, is a mouthful. It is also words that must be bellowed from atop the kingdom's walls. If you have the ability to comprehend, then listen to this audiobook. If you have the slightest interest in truth, then listen to these words.

As this and his previous works demonstrate, Vinny’s life has been devoted to family and the demise of corruption, this particular work delves into Vinny’s formative years growing up in the Bayview Housing Projects of Canarsie, Brooklyn, as a member of an African American family living in a predominately white housing development, which offered a well-stocked feeding trough in both hardy and at times, difficult to swallow formative meals in the nurturing and maturing of a corruption fighter.

None of the volumes will contain the actual names of participants or victims of these schemes.

There is no more noble profession in any society formed by man, than serving the people. There is no greater human responsibility or undertaking than civil, thoughtful and unbiased enforcement of the laws of the land. After meeting with the highest levels of government in several developing nations plagued by corruption, I engaged in discussions focused on planning steps to bring corruption to its knees. After these discussions, I was asked to prepare a plan of action that had the possibility of being a valuable resource in helping developing and, so-called, “Third World Nations” as they continued to move forward in the struggle to take on this battle, and bring about a victorious end to the stronghold that corruption seemed to have in these governmental institutions.

The first edition was undertaken after a series of training seminars for the city of Philadelphia’s housing authority’s office of audit and compliance (OCA). I have had the honor of combating corruption for my entire adult life. In truth, I actually began this battle as a child.
