I feel like most people could start at Chapter 20 unless you NEED to be convinced on how good oral sex is for a woman and hear the author go on and on about how useless your penis is. My least favorite part of the audio book is that it's the author doing the narration. He's a good writer but his voice is nasally and irritating. Leave the narration to the pros next time
