À propos de cet audio
After giving up smoking I started finding dopamine hits in sweet treats, that mixed with a total lack of exercise led to weight gain and feeling unhealthy, both physically and mentally. A few months ago I finally started to take hold of my physical health and make some slow and steady positive changes so I was really keen to get a neurodivergent person who works in this area on the podcast… and thanks to my own wonderful PT, I was put in touch with strength and consistency coach and all round amazing human being Charlotte Ashley. Charlotte has her own coaching program called THRV focussing on “nervous system first coaching for meltdowny, chaotic brains”
We had an awesome chat and I definitely feel I gained a ton of helpful information from someone who really understands the difficulties of staying physically and mentally healthy with a neurodivergent brain
