À propos de cet audio
Full of energy and determination, Raylynn Woods joins the Caution Stalling podcast to share her wrestling journey. She takes us through the proud Woods tradition, her climb to the State tournament, and the lessons learned from tough losses along the way. By drilling with boys in the room, she’s pushed herself to become the best version of who she can be—embracing every challenge as fuel for growth.
As the first girl in the Woods bloodline to wrestle, Raylynn reflects on the challenges of proving she belonged in a sport often dominated by boys. Wrestling has been her passion since childhood, and by carving her own path, she’s opened the door for future generations in her family to follow.
Raylynn is far from finished. She openly acknowledges her accomplishments—being ranked and winning State—as important milestones, but not the final destination. Her focus remains on development, improvement, and the pursuit of bigger goals. With her sights set on Division I wrestling, Raylynn’s story is one of grit, resilience, the relentless pursuit of excellence and even a small town girl can do it!
