Flexible eating allows you to honor God, stick to macros, and enjoy life without guilt.
here are a few things to help you get started in your swaps.
- Plan Swaps Ahead – Identify 2–3 options for each meal.
- Track Flexibly – Focus on balance, not perfection.
- Prep Flexible Ingredients – Keep proteins, grains, and veggies ready.
- Pray Before Eating – Ask God to guide your choices.
- Be Kind to Yourself – Flexible eating reduces guilt and supports consistency.
Example swap plan:
- Breakfast: Oats or yogurt
- Lunch: Chicken salad or chickpea salad
- Snack: Apple with peanut butter or protein shake
Here are a few Questions to think about as you pray through your plan:
- How can I make my meals flexible this week? Lord lead me.
- What swaps will help me stay consistent without stress? Father give me what I need, not what’s comfortable.
- How can I honor God in each choice I make? Thank you Lord for the courage to trust You!
