À propos de cet audio
This is the story of a man who grew up in rural Southern Louisiana, fought in the Vietnam War with the 5th Marines, and later settled in Southern California where he went to college and worked in several industries before entering the public-service field where he worked with homeless, unemployed, and disabled military veterans.
Now retired, Clarence Hatcherson has a close relationship with his grandchild, but when thinking about his own grandfather, he realized that he knew very little about what his grandfather had thought about life…what made him happy…what made him angry…what made him who he was.
Understanding that his young grandson has other concerns in mind, Clarence wrote this memoir in hopes that some day, when his grandson becomes curious, he will listen to this “letter” and get a glimpse of his grandfather’s journey on the road of life.
