À propos de cet audio
Time is important, yet it's easy to waste. You can't get time back after you've lost it, just as you can't get back money or anything you own. It's crucial to be able to keep track of your time in today's hectic society. Everyone who has objectives and responsibilities, whether they are a jobholder, a student, or someone else, has to learn how to manage their time. They can accomplish more, feel less stressed, and life can become better. Planning your day so that you can get diverse tasks done is the most crucial element of managing your time.
Being able to manage your time well may help you get more done and provide you more spare time. But not being able to manage your time well might mean that you don't complete your task, miss deadlines, and always feel like you're too busy. One of the first things you should do to manage your time effectively is to set clear objectives. These objectives ought to be clear, measurable, and possible to reach in a particular length of time. I will study arithmetic for an hour every day this week. That's a better objective than "I want to learn more." When you divide enormous ambitions down into smaller tasks that you can do, they appear less intimidating and easier to complete.
