Good book, opens up the concept of buying a business at a very visceral level. Buying a business is not all rainbows and unicorns but it's not a nightmare either. This book really explores the practical aspects of buying a business well.

The book is a great starting point to the broad topic of acquisition entrepreneurship. The author doesn't spend too much time on any one subject but he raises good points and provides exercises/ recommends further readings. Parts of it, especially the financial/accounting topics are very simplified.

Amazing book full of information

At some point early on they lost my faith in the material, I couldn't get past the fact, that the narrator made an error in reading aloud one of the authors formulas by reading 2-3, two to three, as two minus three, and all I could think about was this book is just a product promoting a website, and, that the author didn't bother, or didn't care enough to proof the narrators work. I was left wondering if there were other errors I missed because I was not familiar enough with the material, maybe there was actually good information in the book, but they lost me.

Didn't enjoy it, but finished it anyway.
