I did not care for this book
This was not a book that I particularly cared for. there were too many examples being shared and it's all about living your truth. Kind of goes against the law of attraction and not paying so much attention to the things that aren't working for you but rather paying attention to what is working for you. I didn't particularly like this book. It started off good but got really hard to listen to. Maybe it was the reader, maybe the story, maybe her many examples, I don't know... I just know it did not resonate with me.

Fleshes out some principles I already knew, ...
Yeah, 'knew' but often default in applying. Oh, sorry, Lauren. This is "current status", the Dream version is:
"I now ..." Yes, I got it. Wished I had read your book a few decades ago, (of course it had not been written then) when some of the people I would have written, then read to one of those letters you suggest, were still alive. But meanwhile there are others still to be written while I'm still alive. Will do.
Meanwhile I have purchased the hard cover of your book as a gift and will share the audible version as another gift.
