If your searching for a new book or audio book to help you understand both the physiology of aging at a scientific level while incorporating the steps/routines we can perform to increase our longevity odds this book is for you! It's simply incredible and I honestly feel it could change the future of our world and most importantly our reliance on Medical 2.0. The level of detail is astounding and if you take the time to absorb the content and implement some of Peter's suggestions you will certainly see improvements in your life. I never leave reviews for books but this book was simply too impactful to overlook and if one other person finds this review helpful it will be worth it for me to pass along this life changing resource. The depth of information peppered with the author’s courageous personal sharing inspired me to sign up for the Early program. I’m marveled at the author and his team’s ability to create this extensively researched resource but also marveled by humans and their capabilities in general against the odds of life and all its adversaries.
