The final year at Lander has finally arrived for the Melbrook students and their peers, and with it comes a whole new set of challenges. I’m exhausted from listening to this series so many times and wishing for more, The tale of what’s to come and the opening for side series’ are so called for. For those who love the world of the powereds, this is the new marvel or dc birth. I just hope it isn’t left to die

Doesn’t disappoint. Great final segment wrapping up what was a well written story. Also ~60hrs is an incredible length for a story like this it it never feels drawn out or has unnecessary filler.

The powered series makes for a very good fantasy series. A lot of coming of age stuff is spread along the four books, some great characters and unpredictable and well thought out intrigue. Hayes is simply a very good story teller. The narration is superb and McCarley does a great job individualizing each character with unique and consistent cadence.
