I miss the story, not just fight scenes with brief character interactions. I didnt return because i kept hoping for more substance, but i am disappointed. The last three hours were mostly story again

Nothing happened it’s the same as the last book. He does not grow hey gets new skills he does not use. A couple fights. I loved these books at the beginning but the last 2 book don’t really do anything. The narrator did a good job

personally, I liked the 1st half of the book a lot better than the 2nd. I know they need to build and develop the characters, but the 2nd half was just boring. I kept hoping they'd go out on another war mission but they only mentioned it in passing. I wish the 2 missions they did in this book were spaced out better so that it didn't feel like all the action was all over. I know it can the all action, but a lot of the early part of this series was all about training, and now that they're ascended I couldn't wait for them to get into the war full time. but there seems to be a ton of downtime.. out of 24hrs, I think maybe like 3 or 4 hrs were actually spent fighting in the 1 missions they did. especially after how boring the last couple books were, other than their actual ascension reveekj*d*Dz***ZDZzz**dZzdzD*ZDzzzddDzzDzzzd*zzz#zzz*dDzz*DzDDDDZzdzdzzZDD*
