 Hello, Educated Oxys "The Boys" premiered in 2019 on Amazon Prime after being in development hell for eleven years. Amazon was so confident in the show, it actually renewed it for a second season even before it premiered. However, this amazing show almost didn't happen. As the title suggests the comic was canceled by DC after only six issues for poking too much fun at their titular superheroes. Luckily every other publisher was ready with an offer to bring the two creators into their fold.
