À propos de cet audio

Judah from Connecticut-

For Judah, life as a PK (Pastors Kid) had 2 standards:  what people saw at church and what actually happened at home.  His journey takes him through abuse, the wrong crowd, depression, the loss of his father, drug overdose and nearly ending it all on a bridge one night.  What he learns from a near death experience changes his life, and now he lives it with no limit to what he can do.

Transformation Tips:  How to Stop Letting Your Past Hold Your Future Hostage

  • Don't be afraid to get help
  • Be vulnerable and honest about what's happened in your life thus far.  Your  past does not define you.
  • Change your mindset:  YOU ARE ENOUGH.
  • "Do the work" to have a healthy mind
  • Talk about depression- the worst you can do is keep it to yourself
  • Know God to know yourself
  • Find your tribe- who you surround yourself with, matters.  Where will you be in 5 years with the people who currently influence you?  If it doesn't align with your goals and dreams, you need to make changes in your relationships, and who you choose to keep close.
