I’m about to embark on another plant medicine adventure.

In about a week and half, I am going to be having my very first experience with Bufu- otherwise known as 5-meO-DMT or the God Molecule.

I’m super excited.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you may know that the plant medicine Ayahuasca has played a huge role in my healing journey.

I just sat with Ayahuasca for the seventh time in December, and it was beautiful, as always.

And now I’m being called to sit with Bufo.

So in this episode I will explain a little bit more about what Bufo is, why I’m called to it, and my feelings about it as my ceremony approaches.

I also shared an excerpt from an article about Bufo in Forbes, including what Mike Tyson had to say about his experience with Bufo when he spoke about it on the Joe Rogan podcast.

My goal is to get any information that I can out to others who are called to plant medicine because it’s been such a big part of my healing journey.

It was also super helpful for me when I was first being called to do plant medicine to find some information provided by others about their experiences, so my hope is that this information is helpful for others that are seeking the same.
