After leaving the corporate world in 2017, my business has evolved through numerous iterations - from food freedom coaching to body confidence work to launching memberships and podcasts. Each pivot has been a natural progression, following my own growth and the changing needs of the women I serve.

What's remained constant is my passion for helping women reconnect with their authentic selves beneath layers of conditioning and expectations. Now, after eight years of entrepreneurship, I've discovered what truly lights me up: supporting women through major life transitions.
