    We all know irrigation is an INDISPENSABLE part of endodontics however endodontic irrigation is a vast topic by itself. In this episode I Dr. Mayur Davda got an opportunity to interview one of the stalwarts of endodontics in India, Dr. Mandar Pimprikar. Since I'm no expert on this topic, I had my dear friend & endodontist Dr. Anand Mohatta help me moderate this session. The session was held LIVE on Discord Dentistry @32 MINUTE server where the following topics were discussed in front of an audience of 100 + delegates:
    1. Why do we use irrigants & what will happen if we dont use them !
    2. Irrigating VS lubricating agents & when to use them?
    3. What to use during hand VS rotary instrumentation?
    4. How to retain an irrigating solution I the canals at all times.
    5. Sodium hypochlorite how to use in what concentration and indications.
    6. Does heating hypo help? Does a surfactant help ?

    There are tons of courses out there for endodontics, full mouth rehabilitation, aesthetic dentistry & even implant dentistry or facial aesthetics (something that is rarely taught at the graduation level). Still many dentists with a graduate degree pursue short courses & fulfill their dream of practicing these branches.
    However have you ever given it a thought, as to why are there are only handful courses of orthodontics?

    In this episode I speak to Dr. Kaushal Kishore, a super energetic dentist from Chennai who not only pursued his dream of treating orthodontic cases but also became an international speaker for the POS training program. He has conducted orthodontic courses not only on India but also Singapore, Australia and through Europe.
